Perfect for warming and decrystalizing honey. Takes aout 5-8 hours to get up to temp, but does a great job w/o overheating the honey. Best option on the market in my opinion.
Bucket Warmer temperature needs to be monitored.
First time using this product, had to pull the plug after 4 hours...as the temperature of the honey reached 130F and was still climbing. Not sure what max operating temperature it was design for or if this product was designed to maintain a certain temperature over long periods of time. But one must be vigilante and monitor the temperature when using this product. On the Plus side both heating element and heat barrier is easily mounted to a 5 gallon bucket and the heat was evenly distributed. For this I will give it 3 stars. I plan to do a follow up test with a 120V light dimmer switch to see if i can dial back the voltage to maintain 100F-120F.
