This feeder has been tested for years and we continue to be very impressed with it. UV resistant material guarantees many years of trouble free service. Two gallon capacity. The bees enter from either end, and can always access the syrup due to a superior design. The telescoping top must seal the feeder to prevent robbing bees. An empty super placed over the feeder will help create a better seal.
I just started using the feed and I sealed the it nice and tight. I had not one bee drown. If you use it right and watch the video on the feeders youll have no trouble with this feeder. I would like to see a better video on this feed?
Great feeder, great price
If you cover the feeder with a top cover, make sure the interior of the top cover is not tongue in groove. The grooves allow bees to sneak in and drown. You can either put a weather strip around the top of the feeder to better seal in the grooves or put a solid fram inner cover on top of the fder and cover the center hole with screen or plastic to keep the bees out.

TO MANY DEAD BEES!!!
The telescoping cover does NOT prevent bees from drowning! Sold these pieces of junk on Ebay to try and recover my lose.

Best hive top feeder there is
Personally, I like this feeder a lot. The wooden Miller styles will keep you busy caulking and re caulking every time you use them. This plastic one from Brushy is easy to use, has a large capacity and is easy to clean. Just dont put them in the dishwasher with the heated dry cycle-moron move on my part. They should provide years worth of trouble free and leak free service. I also experienced less drowning with this one as opposed to the wooden Millers.

This is an Excellent Feeder
I love these feeders!!!
Very good for the price!!!
I did have to make a 4 shallow super to place around the feeder so the Hive top could seal it in but these make feeding your bees very easy without disturbing the hive.

Ok feeder but requires empty box on top
I do not agree with the description supplied with this feeder from personal experience The telescoping cover will NOT seal the feeder effectivly so alot of bees will drown so a second super is needed on top--if I knew that when I bought these I would have just used an inverted jar over the inner cover hole for free I wanted to avoid wasting another box on top
