This unit will do it all for you and at a good price. It is an uncapping bench. You can uncap directly into it and you can store your extracted frames in it until needed. You can drain honey from the comb in it. The tightly fitting lid keeps contamination away from draining honey and comb. Should you produce chunk honey the perforated Stainless Steel platform (CAUTION may have sharp edges) is the perfect place to cut and drain cut comb honey. You can also bottle directly from it easily because of the 1 1/2" honey gate. With the addition of the filter (sold separately) you can bottle sparkling honey.
The two tubs are food grade commercial plastic and are 23-1/2" long by 19-1/2" wide by 9-3/4" deep. They will nest for easy storage. The bottom of the top tank is cut out leaving a platform. The bottom unit is fitted with a 1-1/2" honey gate. There is a crossbar for you to uncap on. |

Complete extracting system | |
| I uncap my full honey frames turn them upside down in this strainer and drain the honey out. I use the cloth filter and after a couple of days in the sun I bottle my honey directly from the bottom tank. I would have given this 5 stars but the unit is not bee tight and the girls find their way back in to steal the honey. I over come this problem by placing the unit in a large plastic trash bag which also helps absorb the suns heat and keeps out the rain. | ||

Excellent Product | |
| I uncap the honey in this and then leave ten frames upside down so that gravity helps to pull the honey out - no spinning or anything like that. The next day or so I can pour honey directly into jars. I also have the optional nylon filter so I get nice clear honey. | ||
