This durable hive stand is capable of supporting the heaviest of hives. There are balllast ports which allow it to be filled with sand to create a heavy, stable base. No more setting frames on the ground. Use the built in frame perch, which can hold up to 3 frames. Made of heavy duty plastic with UV inhibitors to ensure it lasts for years to come. Available in 8 or 10 frame sizes. Ships unassembled but you only need a screwdriver to put it together. Hive components not included. Note: This stand can support a honey laden hive without a problem. Just make sure the ground on which it rest is not soft and can support the stand. |

really nice stand with frame holders that looks great | |
| I never thought I would like a plastic stand but this really does the job, plus it looks real nice in my garden and I didnt have to spend time building something. I love the fact that assembly only took a few minutes and the built in frame holders saved me money. Originally I thought this would be flimsy but it is very strong and stable. For anyone that wants to get their hive up off the ground and at a better working height this is the ticket. | ||
