Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, return it UNUSED, UNALTERED OR UNABUSED within 30 days of receipt for full refund or exchange of merchandise.
Return Policy: Please thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon delivery. If there is damage, please follow the instructions for 'damaged product' listed below. If you wish to return something for exchange or credit within our 30-day return period, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#). Please include this number with the return form which you will find in your shipment. Please complete in its entirety and return with the item. Returned items should be unused, unabused, and unaltered and please write the RMA# near the shipping label to expedite credit/exchange. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please pack up any return specific to the way it was received. Send back via UPS or US Postal Service, insured mailing. Please note: You are responsible for the safe return on any merchandise and all shipping costs. We cannot accept returns sent COD, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. A credit will appear on your next month’s Credit Card Statement.
Damaged Product: Please open and inspect all items upon delivery. If you have a damaged item, call us as soon as possible and advise. Do not throw away or destroy packaging. We will issue an RMA#, which will need to be placed on the return form and packaging when returning damaged merchandise. A claim will be filed and UPS(or other shipper) will need to inspect and evaluate damage. A replacement will be shipped immediately.
Backorders: Customers will be contacted on any online orders that contain a backordered item. Any online order with backordered items will be held until said backordered item comes in stock or customer contacts us to ship ahead. If other items are shipped ahead, customer will be charged for the item and the extra shipping of that backordered item when the order is filled. We will ship at the very earliest possible date. If you prefer not to have a backorder, please indicate. We will be happy to hold your entire order for the backorder, saving on shipment charges.
Terms: Debit/Check Card, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. All prices are FOB Moravian Falls with a few exceptions on large processing equipment. We reserve the right to add any state or local taxes imposed on us and to limit quantities of merchandise sold to anyone.
In House Rush Charges:Please call to complete and In House Rush Order. Every effort will be made to ship your order in a timely manner.
If you desire an IN-HOUSE RUSH during our busy season, please tell the Sales Rep that answers the phone. Place these orders before 12:00 noon, EST. We reserve the right to not charge the Rush fee if we are not inconvenienced by your request.
Shipping: We ship UPS, US Post Office or by truck depending on size of order. Call for shipping quotes on large orders. We prefer to use UPS. They are normally cheaper than the Post Office. You must include a route #, box # or a 911 address for UPS delivery. UPS will not deliver to a PO box. UPS charges a $12.35 correction fee for incorrect addresses. If UPS must alter the address listed on your package, this charge will be transferred to you. A remote delivery charge of $3.37 is added to deliveries in remote areas. If you are in a remote area, per UPS, this charge will be added to your shipping cost. If you are in a residential area, you will be charged an additional residential surcharge. If a Truck Shipment is delivered to you under these same conditions, you will be charged an extra $89.50 for “home” delivery.
Note: UPS increases their cost every year on some aspect of shipping. UPS has switched to dimensional rates. This will apply to packages measuring 3 cubic feet or larger. Packages measuring less than 3 cubic feet will continue to be billed on their actual weight (the cost of shipping will depend on the size of the package). If it weighs a small amount but is bulky, the “dimensional weight” could mean that it would cost more than the actual “pound weight”. We make every effort to keep shipping charges down on any order placed but we do not know how charges will be incurred until the items are packed, measured and weighed. Any package over 70 lbs. is assessed a $8.75 handling fee by UPS. If you have any questions, please call our customer service line.
Our shipping calculator gives a rough estimate on shipping costs as deminsional weight and is subject to change. Customer will be notified upon those changes. If an order receives a charge of $1.50 for shipping charges, please disregard this pricing and expect to be contacted with correct shipping price.

UPS has extended Ground service rates as an option for shipments bound for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Zone 44 is metro Alaska and Hawaii, zone 45 is Puerto Rico and zone 46 is remote Alaska and Hawaii. Call for rates and shipping information. As always, UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air service remains available to Alaska and Hawaii.
