This is an informative book on canning itself, even though the focus is on recipes with honey. The author is gifted in creating these recipes: as a novice canner and cook, i was able to make wonderful jams, pickles, and fruit. I never had any problems with canning, and glowing reviews were received from those indulging in the tasty contents of the sparkling colourful jars.
