These plastic support pins were designed to facilitate inserting foundation while affording you the strength of metal pins. One leg of the support pin is shorter than the other which gives you a protruding leading edge for your foundation to slide down and secure itself in place. Another feature is a flattened edge on the end of the pin which lets you grab and turn the pin to ease insertion. Color coded to match the annual queen colors so you know how old the foundation is, thus making culling of old comb easy. Color for 2011 is WHITE. Sold in packs of 100.
