| This simple piece of plywood makes uniting a 5-Frame Nuc with either a 10-frame or 8-frame colony simple and sucessful. Take the top and inner cover off the colony you want to unite with the nuc and place the Nuc Introduction Board on top. Cover the hole with newspaper and put the Nuc over the hole. In a couple of days the colonies will be united and you can move the frames of the nuc down into the colony without fears of queen rejection. |
