Our wooden frames are cut automatically with high-speed carbide cutters and the resulting product has smoother cuts and more precise joints. The ends are 3/8" thick and are pre-bored for use with support pins or wiring. Our assembled frames are both glued and nailed and an extra staple put at each end of the frame to make them the strongest and most durable frames. Our plastic frames and foundation are mold in the U.S from food grade plastic and are coated with a thin layer of beeswax.
